How do I become a Growth Partner?
Partnership is by invitation only. If you'd like to be considered, speak to your contact at ezmarketplaces. Once you're approved, we'll email you an invitation code.
What is a Partner ID?
It's the identifier for your partner organisation, in the form EZP-0000. You'll get it when you accept your invitation. You and your team use it, with your own work emails, to sign in.
Can my employees sign in?
Yes. The Owner invites team members under the same Partner ID and gives each one a role. Everyone signs in with their own email and password, so you always know who did what.
Who can see my sellers?
Only your organisation, and within it only the people whose role allows it. Other partners never see your sellers, deals or earnings.
I've lost access to my account.
Your Owner can reset a team member's access from the Team page. If you are the Owner, contact your ezmarketplaces partner manager and we'll verify you and restore access.
